My recollection of the original is that if you even thought about approaching a bomber from behind, the AI gunners killed you stone dead instantly – I see they’ve fixed that.

No, there is no Mustang in Cliffs of Dover. It centers around the Battle of Britain and the playables are all from that era. The best P51 simulator out right now is available in DCS World, though.

Online air combat is my favorite genre, but I too wasn’t going to buy this because of the campaign. Can you explain to me how multiplayer works in this game? Is it more similar to aces high, or combat flight simulator with simplistic dogfighting? Thanks…

If you want to play on lowest graphics then go for it 😀 This game requires beast of a Pc to run it highest graphics
