It’s a show off of the city, and a flight to enjoy in the simulator. In reality we don’t fly like this, of course.

Very smooth gameplay. Seems like the release version has better performance than the preview build. I have 2080ti, so hoping I can get smooth Fps on 4k ultra.

This is the longest “2 days away” since RDR 2 was getting released.
I had to laugh at the ships seen in the first sequence. LNG vessels (liquefied natural gas ) and oil tankers have never operated off navy pier. Back in the rust belt days there would have been iron ore carriers from Lake Superior going to USS South Works (on the lake – 10 miles south of downtown). Also grain ships headed north and then east along the great lakes.

As someone living in Chicago, I have to say it’s so nice! It looks exactly how it does on my drone’s view. Just hope the color of the lake can change on different weather like its real life counterpart.
It’s so hard to see the city properly when you’re spinning around and so low, rarely do we ever get to see the city from a perspective that most of will see it. Feelsbadman

The large ships so close to shore and a couple of other things seem a little off, but there is no doubt that this is the best representation of this city in any flight Sim ever created. They even modeled the building I lived in near Mccormick place.
Technically it began on a 6×6 wire grid. Two airports, one mountain range and hours of fun. 😀
