IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad Campaign – Chapter 1 Mission 3

1. Hi. Can you explain something? I am playing BOS but the navigation in Expert Mode is confusing. In the briefing map the first path sould be pointing to 144 deg aprox. But your compass in the beginning shows you towards aprox 200 deg. – pointing to southwest instead southeast. Am I wrong? should I compensate the magnetic deviation and calculate my path based on the map?
